One of the most successful property companies in Bristol. Maggs & Allen have several departments including: Estate Agency, Surveyors, Property Auctions, and Commercial/Investment Properties.
Maggs & Allen - Introduction
Maggs & Allen wanted a high design, high functionality site which was quick and easy to update with uploads to third party property sites such as Rightmove being done automatically.
Each department was viewed as a separate business unit in terms of the website and pulled together under the Maggs and Allen domain. The site has a level of integration not usually seen on property based sites and this makes the site easy and quick to update and maintain.
New departments can be added such as 'New Homes' or 'Energy Assessors' without large expense. The site is a full custom build based on a Content Management System which isn't restricted by third parties.
Maggs & Allen - Work Schedule
The site was constructed by Sticky Web Design on a custom version of our Content Management System (CMS).Training and user guides were provided for staff.
Some of the works involved are listed below:
- Design and Build of Home Page, Estate Agents, New Homes, Chartered Surveyors, Energy Assessors, Commercial Investment and Auctioneers.
- Automated uploads to requested third parties such as Rightmove, Property Live, Radar Homes etc.
- Searchable databases for Auction and Commercial Properties.
- Newsletter System.
- Grouped customer databases - all exportable.
- Easy to use custom build of Content Management System.
