Data Capture

The customer details are captured each time an enquiry form is completed and is automatically stored in your online database. Over time this automatically builds a customer database without any effort as it’s all done automatically.

It's also possible to arrange customers into groups. For example, one group for product A, one group for product B etc. Having customers separated into groups makes marketing far easier and faster.

Targeted Marketing

Once you have built up your database you can send ‘broadcast’ emails or beautifully designed HTML Newsletters. These can be sent to individuals, groups or everyone on your database.

Collecting Data

One way of building a database easily is to offer something such as a digital brochure. Many sites will have them as a download and give them away without storing the customers details.

Another way of distributing the brochure would be an automatic email attachment. The customer would complete a short form, name, address, email etc and then the brocure would be automatically sent. You receive an email notifying you that the brochure has been sent and the contact details are automatically added to the database ready to be used for marketing purposes.

Group Storage

If there are several 'groups' which would benefit from being separated, the system will do that too so that they can be targeted separately.
