Usability and cross browser compatibility requirements are discussed and agreed at the proposal phase. Some customers would rather sacrifice usability on older machines and browsers in order to enjoy the latest website technology, others have to place the importance of the site displaying correctly on old technology above the need have modern ‘bells and whistles’.
